My name is Sonja Seufert, and I live with my family in Freiburg im Breisgau – a place that is home, a place of peace, and a source of strength for me.
I originally worked in business for many years, primarily in sales for a large telecommunications and IT company. But deep in my heart, I always felt a longing for more: for a life in harmony with nature, for holistic health, and for inner growth. This inner voice wouldn't let me go.
So I began to intensively explore naturopathy and further my education in various areas – from homeopathy to Bach flower remedies and isopathy to Jin Shin Jyutsu. In 2023, new doors opened for me with training in holistic coaching and aura surgery, which connected me even more deeply with the energetic world. In 2024, I was finally able to complete my training as a Trivolution Practitioner with Dr. Michael Treina – another valuable step on my very personal path.

SOUND JOURNEYS
A very special experience for me was the summer of 2024: At the summer solstice, I was able to forge my own gong together with the wonderful Pauline Fabry at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily. For me, this instrument is much more than just sound—it is a companion that brings healing, transformation, and peace, and deeply inspires me in my work.
